We’ve made it to 10 Update Streams since Early Access began! Onward with the news! I present to you… Roadmap 2!
GM Pie is not back yet from the great beyond so we will see him next week. Today’s stream will address some concerns and some explanations as well as upcoming future content.
August: 1. PvP Season 1 will begin!
PvP season will last 3-4 months. There will be 2 rewards, one based on your rank and the second reward will be on your season level. Its unsure if there will be a hard or soft reset on ranks each season. More details will come soon when it begins. Season levels will come from the new achievement system which will come in August.
Let us know in the feedback section if you want a hard or soft reset for ranks every season.
2. The Achievement system will work like the steam achievements but there will be 2 kinds. One will reset every season and tie into your season level, the second type, normal achievements, will be more like steam achievements but won’t reset at the end of the season.
3. Free-for-all Survival: A new PvP mode where multiple players will come together to compete, it could be last man standing, a point system, damage points based, or kills based. More info will come later. Basically KurtzPel Battle Royale (Yes they trolled us. This is why Pie isn’t here).
4. Conquest mode revamp is coming along with a new map!. It is now changed to a point system. It is completely revamped.
5. A HIGHLY REQUESTED FEATURE! Keyboard key customizations but… gamepads will not be supported YET.
6. New Boss Rush map along with a new reward.
7. SUMMER COSTUMES! Swimsuits are coming up in August! Get ready for those beach bods, be sure to wear sunscreen.
8. The Guild System will be coming in September (First update perhaps).
9. A 6 player PvE mode will be coming along with the Guild update! The boss(es) will be designed so that if you’re not on top of your patterns, callouts, mechanics, you will fail. This may require multiple types of karmas and involve switches. It will be quite challenging and difficult. In order to play this mode, you must be a certain rank or higher.
10. A crafting system will be implemented in September. In-game rewards will be adjusted to be craft-able (No, not like minecraft or monster hunter). These will be cosmetic only. 11. New weapons, costumes, and accessories will be added. Supply box items will be rotating. There may be exclusive items in rotation and may feature some crossover items from other places.
October: October is not exactly laid out but this is whats beyond September or a “coming soon”.
12. NEW KARMA! Magic attack Breaker. Diabolic Witch will no longer be alone.
13. There will be 3 new PvE missions coming out with this Karma. Hint: This Karma has been suggested in the past.
14. A new PvP Mode (Hinted to be a raid style PvP Mode).
Side Note By the GMs:
There are different teams working on different things. Yes, they’re actively working on current issues but it isn’t the same team that is working on releasing new content. Do not fret when new content is released but issues still exist as they’re being worked on by a different team that is working to deal with the issues as soon as possible.
July 17th Maintenance will be another balance update mainly for Dual Souls. – Massacre – Wolf Fang – Demon Mode Next week event, 17th of July after maintenance!
Three week long log-in event (3 Phases): Prizes will be given for being logged in and playing KurtzPel. 30 minutes: 3 basic dye. 60 minutes: 2 intermediate dye. 90 minutes: 1 advanced dye. 120 minutes: 1 gold ring. Only 1 Gold Ring per week.
Week 1: 1 Gold Ring (Plus rewards listed above for the time played).
Week 2: 1 Gold Ring (Plus rewards listed above for the time played).
Week 3: 1 Gold Ring (Plus rewards listed above for the time played).
If two gold rings are obtained at the end of the event, you will receive an advanced Costume Supply Box. If three gold rings are obtained at the end of the event, you will receive a Rebirth ticket. Players will receive both the Rebirth Ticket and the Supply box for all the hours completed or if all 3 rings are obtained.
Test servers are being strongly considered. This will not be limited to G Ranks and it is technically a partner perk. Partnerships may have streamlined access. These are just suggestions but it is not promised. Partner position applications will be opened at a later date.

This week’s stream was hinted with the announcement, two simple words: Dual Souls Coming soon!

Side note: You’ll receive the necklaces when the event ends if you have the achievements.

1. They’re in the talks for Japanese dubs but as paid DLC because Japanese dubs are very very expensive.
2. Capture the flag: Removing CTF is not an option but all feedback has been noted from all social media platforms. CTF Feedback/Suggestions channel will open in the Discord. They will try to revamp it along with conquest. The reason why its not being removed from official probatio is because the Dev’s team goal is not just to have players kill, but to strategize as well. Please give your suggestions to be taken into consideration.
3. New Dual Souls Gameplay shown! The full clip will most likely be posted on youtube or the official website but here’s a clip (spared you all from the D Rank gameplay part):

4. They’re looking into the Gauntlet issues.
5. Its taking time to look into the desync and ping issues because they’re trying to apply the fix globally. 6. Guilds are being worked on, no exact date yet.
7. CP Cost still being discussed for Dual Souls, won’t be the same price.

The following patch note pertains to contents that will be updated during the (UTC+0) June.19th Weekly Maintenance.
Maintenance will happen during the following times:

Additional Contents and System Update
From this maintenance, you will be able to select the server when you login. Character and account information will not be shared across servers.
There’s a recommended server based on the country code provided by Steam. Once you login, any future logins will select the last selected server as your default server.
※ We have decided on this update because players, often times, do not have a country code from Steam, and/or their actual designated server (region) might not reflect the server they have the best connection. As such, this update will allow you to select your own server that will be “best for your gaming environment”.
Traditional Chinese, Turkish, Vietnamese, and Portuguese are now available.
You can now select PvE missions from Custom Missions.
You can select difficulty and up to 3 players can play together.
Custom Missions will no longer require CP to create.
2 new eye shapes per personality has been added (Total 48, 24 each per gender).

Now, Ranking Info messages will only be shown when you enter Eltheca.
Mission Accept window will now show the ping information for the matched (region) server, so you can cancel the mission if the connection to the server is not satisfactory.
You will no longer be removed from queue if you don’t accept the PvE mission with lower difficulty level than yours.
Rank Matching Limitations have become stricter for Promotion Matches for official PvP.
This is to prevent disparity in rank for Promotion Matches. There may be a delay in matching due to this update.
Certain missions and difficulty levels have been adjusted so more Chasers may challenge for Grand Chase difficulty.
Practice Probatio rewards will be increased by app. 30%.
Default Camera Zoon Value in Eltheca and in Missions have been adjusted.
While Eltheca, the camera zoom will remain the same. However, during missions, your camera will be zoomed out to the max. You will still be able to adjust your camera zoon rate during gameplay.
Loading Tip will be added for various tips to play the game.

Common, Karma, Mode Balance
Resurrection time will be adjusted again.
Max duration after 6 K.O will still be 10 sec., but the duration for 1~3 K.O will be adjusted to be longer, to match with the duration before.

Default Endurance when you’ve captured the flag will be 0.
There will be no difference between Karma (Stat) or Endurance Buffs (Fortitude), so any attack that decrease endurance will cause the flag bearer to be easily caught in a combo.
Default Endurance when you are exhausted (Stamina <0) will also be 0. There will be no difference between Karma (Stat) or Endurance Buffs (Fortitude), so any attack that decrease endurance will cause the flag bearer to be easily caught in a combo. Max HP recovery after taking damage will decrease. This is to encourage active engagement in PvP and discourage passive static play. Sword Taliah’s WW+MLB (L-stick push+RB) attack range will decrease by app. 8~9%. The attack range has been adjusted so that Sword Taliah’s concept as a close-range Karma with longer reach is still realized, but without the command having the significant advantage of being the most stable, long range breaker command. Sword Taliah’s ‘Raging Strike’ Damage will be decreased by 30%. We have adjusted the damage, as it was confirmed that Sword Taliah’s ‘Raging Strike’ dealt more damage than other damage-type Rage Skills. Dance of Wind ‘Salvo Arrow’ Basic Damage (No Charge) will decrease by 50%. However, full charge damage will remain the same, with the damage increase rate when charging also increased. Additionally, full charge duration will decrease from 2 sec. -> 1 sec.
Jump (in-air) while dashing will no longer recover stamina.

Bug Fix
NPC events that happen after completing missions, will no longer forcibly assign a different channel.
The issue of Players’ nickname occasionally not showing in spectator mode has been fixed.
During the rebirth process, changing gender will no longer allow you to create unintended eye shapes.
CP used for Accepting DLC Reward Procedure (6/4, 6/7) will be compensated.
Other minor issues related to translations have been fixed.

All above changes can change due to development complications and when there is a change, we will notify you on the changes.

This weeks Stream is about upcoming Summer Updates! According to GM Pie, GM Rush ditched us to go to E3 this Stream. Have fun lining up at the Pokemon booth. Lets get into it!

1. SERVER SELECTION IS COMING! You can choose your own server now to play with your friends however you’ll have to start over. There’ll be no progress transfer. Items can be transferred via Steam Inventory.
2. PvE will be coming to custom missions.
3. Dual Souls will be coming in Early July! It will not be free, expect to grind CP/AP or purchase with money.
4. The same time Dual Souls comes, emotes and a ping system will be coming.
5. A friendslist will also be implemented early July.
6. New PvE mode: Boss Rush – Bosses will keep coming!
7. Conquest is getting a revamp and 1 new map. This will be coming soon. It will also return to Official Probatio aka ranked mode.
8. Guild System will be coming soon. You can see the Roadmap for the points above in the picture
9. Team training room is also being worked on.
10. Party member size increased to 3 is being looked into.
11. They’re looking into button layouts/keybinds because they were unaware of the keyboard layout difference in some regions.
12. Server locations: Asia servers are in Japan and Singapore. For EU its in Germany.
13. Dual Souls comes with 3 new PvE missions. 2 out of the 3 bosses were revealed in a previous Stream Update.
14. A costume design contest will definitely be held in the future.
15. More races in character creation are being worked on (not a priority atm).
16. Still finalizing the costs for Dual Souls (Definitely lower than 75k CP/AP).
17. Swim Suit Summer Costumes are a maybe (GM Jeff wants it).
18. Twitch Prime rewards are being looked into.
19. Emotes may be added in the CP Boxes.
20. They’ll think about CTF changes after they complete the revamp for Conquest.
21. The ping will be shown as a HUD indicator once server switching comes out.
22. Guild housing/customization will be considered.
23. Matchmaking for PvP prioritizes your rank. If there aren’t enough players of the same rank queueing, it will queue you against players of other ranks.
24. Battle Pass is a maybe.
25. Players who did not receive compensation needs to put in a ticket so that the Support Team can ask for certain info. The compensation will not be given out immediately.
26. Dual Souls is needed to be unlocked to do the new PvE missions.
27. They’re looking into the collision issue with Instant Chase/Reckless charge.

If you have bugs, please upload a video to Youtube and send them in a ticket or Bug Reports on Discord so that the issue can be fixed. It makes it infinitely more easier to address/fix.
